1.将山楂洗净,去蒂后装盘备用。

2.用水果刀将山楂横切两半,去核。

3.把香蕉切薄片,填入山楂中;把豆沙适量挤入山楂中;杏仁切碎放入山楂中;

4.用三根牙签固定穿好各种口味的山楂,放入盘中。

5.穿好所有搭配口味的山楂装盘。

6.绵白糖倒入锅中,加水后大火煮沸,转小火后熬至糖水冒黄色气泡,将山楂依次蘸糖。

7.取出蘸糖的山楂,放入滴过凉水的锡纸上晾凉食用。
